Interesting Project we did some time ago on Line Caught Mackerel
Report is self explanatory - proved that fish in good condition had a ready market. It was very hot weather which brought its own challenges in keeping the catch fresh, some innovation was applied. Hasn't been done again here to my knowledge at this scale but jigging is a well known fishing method and other boats are using it in season elsewhere.
